Sign Agreement
Review and sign our Trader Agreement. This covers credit terms, payment dates and late payment charges.
Pay Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to activate your account. Amount agreed at onboarding.
Start Trading
Your CT account is activated. Start ordering with trade pricing and credit facility immediately.

Important: Trade accounts cannot be opened online or over the phone. You must visit our store in person with valid business documentation.
WHAT TO BRING
Proof of business - Companies House number, VAT certificate or sole trader evidence
Photo ID - passport or driving licence for the account holder
Proof of business address - utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months
Payment for security deposit - cash or card accepted
